Initial Examination and Co-Discovery Process
Dr. Connolly, Dr. Munoz and Dr. Randi specialize in prosthodontics and have received advanced training in cosmetic dentistry, dental implants, TMJ disorders, veneers, crowns, bridges, removable prostheses and complex dental treatment. Every patient is unique and our experienced team is committed to providing high-quality care based on your customized treatment plan.
A comprehensive dental examination and review of your records determine which options are appropriate for you. Typically, three to four weeks after your initial examination you will return for a thorough co-discovery consultation. Our main goal during this visit is education: explaining in detail our findings, recommendations and options so you can choose the treatment path that is right for you. Any questions you may have will be addressed at this time.
Reminders regarding your first visit:
- Bring your dental insurance card to your appointment
- Provide any written referral or x-rays that your dentist may have provided
- Patients under the age of 18 should be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian
- Inform our office if you have a medical condition such as diabetes, high blood pressure, rheumatic fever, artificial joints or heart valves, etc…
Please speak with the doctors about any concerns you have regarding your care. We consider it an honor to provide you with prosthodontic treatment and greatly appreciate the trust you place in us to do so.
